Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances therein forfeited.
apkba reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or during routine compliance reviews. Required documents may include a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie photograph for liveness verification. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by apkba support may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkba username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. apkba will never contact you to request your password through any channel including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your apkba account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you until and unless you notify apkba support in writing of any suspected unauthorised access.
apkba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where apkba reasonably suspects or determines any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing involvement, underage gambling, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform or its player community. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a suspended account following the conclusion of any investigation will be handled in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
An apkba account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. apkba may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the current fee schedule displayed in your account settings. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is first applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and the inactivity fee schedule ceases immediately.
apkba accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following channels: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into the same apkba account, or to a verified payment method registered under the same CNIC identity. apkba will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered account holder, or anonymous payment channels. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by apkba are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that particular promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your apkba account carry a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. apkba may void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed at an erroneous price due to a technical or human error, where the underlying event was cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, or where there is credible evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, or result manipulation affecting the event. In all cases of voided bets, the staked amount shall be returned to your Real Money Balance.

apkba's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the apkba Services shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you into your apkba account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
apkba makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and force majeure events are excluded from liability. Where a platform outage directly causes a pending bet to be unsettled, apkba will make reasonable efforts to settle the bet based on the actual result of the underlying event.
